- All levels class is set to a gentle pace to allow for time to linger in poses and build a deeper connection to the body using our breath.
- Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you may like to use.
- Weekly series begins April 7th and ends June 30th...join us for as many sessions as you'd like!
