Join us for a transformative journey amidst the crisp fragrances of spring as we emerge from winter’s sleep, How can you find ways to refresh your mind, revive your energy, and rekindle your soul?

Connect with your breath, find your balance, and embrace the energy of the season as yoga instructor, Christina Fittipoldi leads you through mindful movement during our gentle yoga practice. If weather permits we will enjoy our yoga practice outside on the patio! No yoga experience is necessary.

We will take a short walk on the property to enjoy the bountifulness of Hildacy’s preserve and appreciate nature’s abundance.

Release stress and tension as certified vibrational sound therapist, Mindie Hung, leads you through a guided meditation and sound bath to clear your mind, declutter your thoughts, and create space for inner peace.

Let the season of growth and renewal be the catalyst for positive change in your life!

About the instructors:

Christina Fittipoldi: Completed a 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in May 2015 and began teaching a wide variety of asana movement at multiple studios. Eager to dive deeper, she completed the 300-hour teacher training at Main Line Yoga Shala in December 2019 entitled “Agni Moksha.” She enjoys guiding students mindfully through safe and responsible movement using body and breath awareness, allowing students to journey within.

Mindie Hung: In 2017 she became a certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner with the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA). Mindie has taken certificate courses in Yoga Nidra with Swami Jnaneshvara, Restorative Yoga with Cyndi Lee, Trauma Informed Care, and Mindfulness Meditation. Her passion is to assist those looking for inner peace in their mind and body.
