Peace Present: a mini wellness retreat

As the holiday season quickly approaches, how can you find ways to stress less and enjoy more?  How can we feel less overwhelmed and more gratitude?  Take some time for yourself to find steadiness and ease at our mini wellness retreat at Hildacy Preserve.  During the session, you will enjoy a gentle yoga movement and breathwork practice guided by Christina Fittipoldi and time will be set aside for a brief journaling and reflection.  We will also take a beautiful stroll and end with a deep restorative practice with a soothing sound bath offered by certified vibrational sound practitioner Mindie Hung.REGISTER HERE
